Shipping & Delivery Rates
In an effort to offer a diverse and unique product line, we buy from a large number of vendors. Many of our items are produced by the vendor and drop shipped directly to our customers. Therefore, we cannot give across the board shipping information for all of our products. Most of our products are produced and shipped out to you within two weeks, however, the shipping carriers will vary depending on the origin of the products. On items that require longer than 2 weeks, we try to give that information on the product description. Please call us at 919-781-7616 if you would like to inquire as to the turnaround and shipping times on any of our products. WE CANNOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA due to various shipping restrictions.

Custom Proofs
Proofs for invitations will be emailed to you within three business days. Once the proof is approved, the invitations will be printed and shipped to you within 3 more business days. We provide two complimentary proofs for each custom printed order that you place. Any changes made after the first two proofs will be charged at $2.00/proof.

Returns & Replacements
- Personalized items are non-returnable unless a mistake is made in production. Other items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

Due to the custom production of our products, orders may only be cancelled within one hour of order submission. After that, personalized orders may not be cancelled.
